FLUID DESIGN: 
Bridging solids provide a filter cake build up to prevent loss of fluid and solids particles into a permeable formation.
Our objective this is to obtain a tight filter cake with the closest possible packing to reduce cake Porosity and Permeability.
BRIDGING SOLIDS NEED TO BE SOLUBLE :
- CALCIUM CARBONATE / ACID SOLUBLE – UP TO 250 deg F.
- SIZED RESINS / OIL SOLUBLE – UP TO 260 deg F.
- SIZED SODIUM CHLORIDE (SALT PILL) / WATER SOLUBLE–UP TO 350 deg F.
